Created by James Knight and informed by the work of somatic pioneer Thomas Hanna, this practice blends classic yoga postures with somatic education techniques. Movements are typically done lying down or seated and are intentionally slow and subtle—perfect for those recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or seeking to improve.Why Practice GSY?
